At Afaq360, we strive to provide high-quality digital products. Due to the immediate and replicable nature of digital assets (eBooks and online courses), we adhere to the following refund policy:
General Policy (Non-Refundable)
All digital product purchases on Afaq360 are considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed or the content has been accessed/downloaded. It is the user’s responsibility to review the product description and requirements carefully before purchasing.
Refund Exceptions
Refund requests may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:
Non-Delivery: If the access or download link is not successfully sent to your registered email within 24 hours of purchase.
Major Technical Error: If a confirmed technical defect prevents access to the purchased product and we are unable to provide a functional replacement.
Refund Request Requirements
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Evidence: Users must provide clear documentation or proof of the technical issue or non-delivery.
Review: All requests are subject to individual review by Afaq360 and our Merchant of Record, Paddle. The decision to approve or deny a refund is final.
Replacement Policy
In the event of a technical defect (e.g., a corrupted file or broken link), our primary resolution will be:
Offering an alternative product of equal value if the original is unavailable.
Providing a corrected replacement of the purchased product.
